Changing Your Order


After you have clicked "Confirm Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns of unused items are subject to the deduction of shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service  or call +351-21-9246848 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
