Q: How do your products sold online differ from those I can buy locally?
A: Most of our products are available in the automotive care department of your local parts store or major retailer -- and at competitive prices. We offer products online for the convenience of people who reside in areas where it is hard to find the products they desire at suggested retail so as to not undercut our valued dealers. We also sell online a few items, such as our kits, which are not available at other retailers.

A: Contact customer service. Please specify the product name, manufacturer name and online item number in your e-mail.
Q: Does 2qbike® Online Store offer extended warranties for any products?
A: We do not currently offer or extend product warranties for any products.
Q: I am sending a gift for someone. Do you have gift cards?
A: When you place your order, you can type a brief note in the "Comments" section, and we will hand-write a brief note and include it in the package. No invoice indicating prices will be included.
